This deep penetrating formula offers exceptional protection and a service life of up to 15 years. Thanks to a proprietary flurocarbon, this near 100% actives silane/siloxane blend is the only sealer capable of repelling water, deicing salts, oils and grease. Its hydrophobic nature resists freeze-thaw, mold, mildew and moisture intrusion. Provides a flat, natural finish and creates a long-lasting water-repellent surface that beads water. Use with the Lithi-Tek 4500 primer to make concrete up to 50% stronger and resist abrasions. When used as a primer it reduces porosity, prevents cracking and surface deterioration and increases adhesion of a top coat sealer by up to 25%.
